Caroline Herrera 212.
Caroline Herrera is a hip fashion designed based in New York.  Her website states that her 212 perfume is inspired by New York – the 212 area code.  Herrera`s 212 perfume is described as young, trendy and cosmopolitan.    We found the scent absolutely delightful:   orange blossoms, mandarin and bergamot layered with camellia, gardenia and lilies all on a base of sandalwood.  When you are buying for vibrant, young (or young at heart!) woman, think of 212.

Guerlain Shalimar
Not exactly a new scent – Shalimar debuted in 1925 – but this classic designer fragrance remains a favorite.    This perfume is attributed by many to be the first ‘oriental` fragrance ever created.  It combines amber and wood accents with delicate flowers.  It is distinctive and evocative, and as appealing today as it was 85 years ago.  If your girl is a ‘classic`, consider Shalimar.

LLamb by Gwen Stefani
Gwen Stefani is so cool.  Whether fronting "No Doubt" or going solo, she has a certain style that is captured by her LLamb fragrance.    This perfume`s top notes are hyacinth and freesia, with underlying pear, jasmine, violet, lily of the valley, heliotrope and orange blossom scents.  Just a hint of musk.  It`s clean and green and fresh, perfect for a rock-star mom.

Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely
When she developed this perfume, Sarah Jessica Parker worked to create a subtle, memorable scent that wouldn`t be overpowering and dominating.  Lovely is a soft fragrance, and can be worn by women of all ages.  Lovely combines orchid, apple, lavender, amber and musk to create a casual, but softly romantic  fragrance.

Diva by Ungaro
Ungaro launched this fragrance in 1983, and it is still one of our favorites.  It is woody, by its totally feminine.  It smoothly blends sandalwood and patchouli with jasmine, narcissus, iris and rose.  A uniquely romantic fragrance, it would make a great anniversary gift.

Vera Wang Princess
With a darling bottle that boosts a tiara, we think this designer fragrance is perfect for your tween or teen.  The fragrance notes include pink frosting, apples, water lily, dark chocolate and vanilla chiffon – it really does smell good enough to eat!  It`s light and lovely.

Light Blue by Dolce and Gabbana
This perfume debuted in 2001; it`s spontaneous and original.  The tones of apples and citrus splash together with jasmine and bluebells, over bamboo, cedar and musk.  It`s invigorating and thoroughly modern.  Suitable to wear to work or out dancing!

CKOne by Calvin Klein
This unisex fragrance is a great choice for your athletic, outdoorsy gal pal.  It`s so clean and crisp; it is the perfect perfume for summer too.  The distinctive scent combines moss, cucumber, watermelon and musk.  Lightly sweet, it is never overpowering.
